day light ******* committed by MTN

I bought a temporary sim card which was supposed to use for only a week and was promised it was flexible and could be cancelled without paying any penalty, to my surprise I am still being debited even though I stopped using it .

I wrote complaints to MTN but got no response instead I see monthly debit orders going off my account. Please can someone help me stop this day light *******
