day 7 of being ignored

shocked is an understatement!

I've been trying to get assistance from their legal department but no response ( today makes day 7 )

when I send an email I just get the automated response and nothing else

when you call you are just on hold for 15-25 mins and when you finally get through the agents stay quiet ( this happened to me 3 times btw )
