Dawood Jooma - Star Employee

<p>I recently had an issue with MTN and was being bouned around due to their internal politics but i got through to Dawood (a consultant) by mistake whist trying to get hold of a manager and he is an example for all MTN staff staff to follow, he wanted to know wht my issue was before he could transfer me but afer i explained, he took ownership of something that was not his problem, was in constant communication with me, my issue was out of the norm and he went out of his way to find the information i needed and always being professional and polite.</p> <p> </p> <p>My interactions before Dawood was with not less than 6 people and a ghost manager who never returned my calls but MTN needs to learn from Dawood and instill his work ethics into the rest of their staff to put them over the top. </p>
