Datashare top up bundles and 135 Contact Center

MTN is usually great - but their 135 contact centre feel like a kindergarten.

20 Minutes of please hold pls hold just to be transferred to another agent. Simple Question: Why does datashare not apply to tops I purchase? and if it does, why do night time bundles only take affect after ALL other data bundles are depleted?.

Also - I was assured i would be able to rate the call... which I was not offered . 1 out of 10
