DataShare restrictions not disclosed during upgrade

Good day, I recently upgraded my phone contract on to a very basic package as I use nearly only data and with the intention of using my other data contract on DataShare. I chose the Made for Me S package with a decent phone to use multimedia and social media packages and now after the 30GB once data is deleted, I found that this package cannot be used with DataShare. I contacted the MTN outlet where the upgrade was done and they also admitted that they also didn't know about this rule. I feel I have been totally misled which is not only in contradiction to the Consumer Protection Act but is also in contravention of the Communications Act as this change in rule did not seem to have been properly disclosed towards consumer knowledge. I looked at the Yellow Deals booklet when I upgraded and could not find any reference to this restriction on DataShare.

Good day, I have just received an email from a Phiwokuhle who also just referred me to some fine print hidden somewhere in the MTN contract. The fact that everyone is missing is that I made my intentions about using DataShare explicitly clear to the sales person at Mtn ABSA Square Nelspruit during the upgrade and my choice of package was FULLY and exclusively based on this requirement. As the Yello Trader Booklet did not disclose this limitation, I only was notified about this after the promotional 30gb data was used up and I could not add my nr to my Data account, which was now way passed the 7day cool off period. Even then, the sales people at the outlet also only were made aware of this after response from the call centre. So, I'm sure all can now see this was clearly a matter of being misled into a contract where the T&Cs in line with my requirements were NOT disclosed to me before or during the singing of the contract. The Consumer Protection act clearly and categorically forbids this so I would really like to see what the next response will be.
