Data vanished

I topped up my data by 20GB on Wednesday and by friday afternoon that data was finished. Mind you I only used this data for only few hours on my router. I only connected 1 phone.

When I called MTN they told me that they cannot assist to check what happened to my data. They told me to install their stupid app as if that will bring my data back
