Data Validation
<p>I have been billed for Data usage by MTN. However they should not charging me for this because I don't use their APN to breakout to the internet. I'm using Afrihost APN to connect to the internet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have logged several calls to do a Data validation and the calls are been closed without providing it.</p> <p> </p> <p>The past four months I've been waiting for thorough explaination why are they charging for the services that I don't use and further more they even charging this on my out of bundle rates even if I have free minutes and data availble. </p>
