Data utilized

I have been a client at mtn for so many years,then then few years later I was disappointed with their data.now from last week I started buying this daily data that expires at 22:59 I have been happy about it because It could help through out the day.to my surprise today when I bought the same data at 7 am only for me to receive an sms that says the data has expired then I decided to call then the lady told the data has been utilized but I normally get smses notifying me on how much I have spent on the data.

I am really disappointed by the love I have for mtn
