Data usage with unknown cause?!!
Technical as well as customer care – very unhelpful.
Why do you have staff working for you that only know the basics – and so the client must be wrong!!!
3GB used in matter of minutes and they blame icloud!! Hard to believe when I am also connected to Wi-Fi... So is this just so people can buy more data!! Very unhappy customer!

Kindly be advised due to the invoice for December is not as yet finalized we cannot investigate the usage of the data.
Once the invoice for December months close and you have received the statement, you need to contact the 808 call center to log the investigation for you for the 3GB data lost.
