Data usage when data is disabled
Hi,<br> <br> 1. Please inform me how it is that I get a sms from MTN that I am paying out of bundle data rates when data is disabled on my phone.<br> <br> 2. I am also not interested in MTN's promotions from:<br> a) MTN<br> b) MTNRewards<br> c) MTNData<br> d) MTNYello<br> e) MTN141<br> f) 141<br> <br> I have this phone number only for backup. MTN is waisting their time trying to entice me to consume my airtime or spend more money. Please stop sending me marketing information in what ever form.<br> <br> 3. I phoned 173 trying to get assistance. What a useless service offering.<br> <br> 4. I really hope that this is not one of those numbers that have duplicate users.<br> <br> Regards
