Data Usage

I have been an MTN loyal customer for over 15yrs, I am a contract customer, currently on MTN data deal, I receive data on the 6th of every month, 40 gigs, but I was so shocked this month, when I checked my data on 07/06/2020, I had 31gigs, which means within 1 day I had used 9gigs of Data, I therefore contacted MTN, spoke to Nondumiso Mazibuko, who was also unable to see what had consumed so much of data in 1 day, she told me she was going to log a query, regarding data usage, and I will get feedback soon, by means of an SMS, but till today, I have never received any feedback, I am so dissappointed, that a big Company like MTN, would take so many days to give me feedback, or is it because my query was just ignored.
