Data usage does not update
Your *141# service has not been updating in a while, this has now cause me a data charge of almost R400 again, please explain this??? This has been happening since Feb, and I have screen shots to prove it!!! <br> I've never encountered such pathetic service in a long time!! I think its time to change to a service provider that wont ***** my money.

Our records indicate that even though the contract can be capped at 100mins you do not have the limit set to curb usage. Please contact *** to request for a usage limit to be set on your account which will allow you to load your own data bundle if the one provisioned is depleted. To check your balances dial *141*1#.
