Good day
I would like to dispute the data usage.I bought 300MB of R35 for 7 days.I browsed through facebook for less 3min and and turned on airplane mode as i didnt want to completely switch off the phone,as i usaully do.when i switch off airplane mode back on nework only to find that all data is gone.I expect to have the remaining of 28something of data.all the autoupdates are off.i want to know what happened to the data i had as there was nothing running in the background. How is it possible data get used up when network is off.when there is no autopdate running, when location service is off when auto sync is off, when internet is off. When there is no wasp subscription of which with wasp i know it consumes from airtime.it is not the first time i swicth on airplane mode while i have data and airtime and i find everything still in place. Please kindly help me understand and get my data back.Thank you.

Good day Lizzy,
Thank you for your post.

Kindly be advised that the 300MB data bundle was provisioned and it was used on data connections. Our system shows that the bundle was depleted on multiple internet sessions.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you and to restore your faith in us.
