Data usage ****

I have complained about my data usage beginning of January 2025 because my data has been depleting when I call ask for help they tel me about my settings and type of a phone I’m using but I have been using an IPhone for 7years now i never had a problem now data usage it’s only started in December 2024 and i have been with MTN for over 20 years now never had data problems why now and their excuses instead of helping they telling me is my settings even though I switched off things they said I must switch off still depleting too much data I demand my data back and resolve their problem or I better go to another network where I won’t be ****med data I have never spent over 5gig a month on my phone but December, January and February I did then now I can’t stand for this .
