Data usage

On the 23rd April I loaded 1GB data, after loading I couldn't use the internet then called their call centre to be told to remove sim card I did that but less than 30min I received a message that says my data has been depleted, I called again only to be told to call the following day as the system doesn't show the history the following day a query was logged and that within 48 hours I will be contacted and maybe the data will be refunded . To this date I havent received any feedback then I called I again still nothing concrete besides the fact that data was used, I didnt even get to do my research let alone download one article. Really bad service maybe other service provider will offer something better.:-(
