Data Usage
Since Aug of this year i have seen a huge spike in my cellphone bill due to data usage i am alledged to have used. I lodged a request for a url report which i received 3 weeks later. There where many sites that i had never visited or needed to. No one else has access to my phone. I have read many similar complaints to that of mine on hellopeter. I called the 809 number and was told by the operator that the onus is on me to prove to Mtn that i had'nt used the data even suggesting i hire a third party to investigate. Something is definitely amiss when mtn gets that many complaints.Please can i be refunded my monies and a thorough investigation launched.<br> <br> June : R579.28<br> July
