Data usage
I'm really disappointed in your service . I've always been<br> MTN customer . I've had your contract for 3 years now ,<br> have to say the last couple of months have been **** for me<br> , I've had to use a lot of data , when I call in to check<br> what's wrong cause I cannot be using so data almost 500MB<br> in a day your call centre agents give me grief , and give me<br> lame excuses . I cannot go on like this anymore , it's either<br> you fix this problem or I'm taking my business somewhere<br> else !!!!!!

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
Please be advised you have placed a usage limit for R65.00 on the account. Once the 100 minutes and 300MB has been used the the system will allow you to make extra usage for R65.00 for calls or internet usage. The usage limit has been set up for R0.00 not be charged for any extra charges.
We do pick up that the system did bill your account more than the usage limit set up on the account. The account will be credited for the difference this is for May, June and July.
