Data usage
For the last 2 months my wife's cell phone account has increased from 6 - R800 per month to over R5000 in August and R3000 in September! When contacting them the reason they give is for data usage... nobody wants to assist and all they saying is that it is pending an investigation. She now cannot make calls as they want their money!<br> I have friends who experienced the same. <br> Please assist!<br> Regards<br> Jaco

As per Ref-REQ:*** Request Detail on your account , This is a result as per live testing done. Charges vs usage are valid. Please note that the increase in charges is due the price increase as of the 01/04/2015. You are now billed R0.99 incl vat per mb
