I have been on mtn since 1997/1998 and have never experienced problems like this in all the years I have been a loyal customer... I am all of a sudden buying data bundles more frequently and it's now getting out of hand!!! I hardly use cellphone banking but now in order to use it I have had to up my usage limit 3 times and now I'm sitting on an unbilled balance that is way more than I've ever paid!!! What the he'll is going on? I too will port to another provider if I don't get proper feedback as to what is going on here... this is not on!!!

Kindly note the data charges on the invoice dated 2015-09-11 are valid. Packet Switch Data Calls are internet usages only billed to the invoice once the 300MB of data that you have been provisioned with is used up, please also note MTN bills you R0.99 out of bundle rate.
