<p>This is ridiculous! Mtn data is just disappearing and when you speak to them their answer is that it is a user fault. Phones on Monday evening (24 Oct) and was assured that someone will get back to me within 24 hours. 40 Hours later i still heard nothing and when i called the notes from the Monday call was all wrong and their was no instruction for anyone to call me back. Spoke to them again on Wednesday afternoon (26 Oct) and was assured that a Supervisor will get back to me asap. Still waiting.</p> <p>My daughter used to use 100Mb data a month. NHow she has to load about 200Mb each day just to stay in touch. Mtn takes airtime and reserves it for data and blames the user for data use. We have been smartphone users for years and know how to work and what all the different settings are.</p> <p>I cannot believe i renewed my contracts with Mtn. I should have listened to advice that it was a bad idea. So if you are wondering whether you should renew with Mtn - don't. I have no more loyalty and my young adult daughter, the new generation users and account payers, also have no afinity to Mtn.</p> <p>Shocking!</p>
