MTN is simultaneously the most expensive but worst network in South Africa. I've been using my cellphone as a modem to do research on my laptop and 2gig of data has disappeared within 10mins. How is that possible? That amount of data doesn't usually finish even with watching YouTube for 10mins. The Mtn service champion tells me that I should check what applications I'm using, even though I repeatedly tell her that I'm only using the internet, and not to watch videos, I'm googling theory but the data is disappering at an alarming rate, and this has never happened before as I repeat the same process every day. Worst customer service and worst network. All you do is take our money but your service is abysmal.
