Data ***** (taking my money but not giving what is promised)

Once again i find myself resorting to extreme measures to get across to MTN. I took their special in Feb 2019 for R199 (40gig) per month. Since then i have only been getting 10 gig per month. I have been to the branch countless times to get this resolved with no luck i was instructed to call in myself. I have now also called 083135 countless times and all my queries have still not been resolved it is like nobody wants to assist. Been 6/7 months and I'm still paying MTN for something i am not getting. Ref Numbers - *** SMC/*** *** Please could somebody senior try get this fixed or just cancel this contract so i can move to another network as i cant deal with **** customer service anymore.
