Data that doesn’t work

I bought YouTube social data on the 7/03/2023 and it doesn’t work. I have called them more than 6 times for them to resolve the issue but have failed. I have even emailed them and still no help. Now this means that i have lost my R99 because it keeps on showing that i have 5g worth of data that doesn’t even work!
