Data switched Off! Pathetic!!!!

Pathetic! Data switched Off. Mtn says there is nothing wrong with my phone. Ask me to phone technical department and tells me they will fix it and asks me to switch my phone off for 5 minutes. Still doesn't work. Call them again and after 25 minutes on the phone, tell me to switch my phone off for 15-20minutes. After that, still doesn't work. Phone again and their computer system is offline. Still no data after I called them again. This is pathetic! Can't SMS OR use anything internet related. Only on wifi. I pay for a service that I can't use. I Will NEVER use MTN again
