DATA ****** AGAIN
Once again my huge data bundle given as a gift has been taken. When will MTN learn not to take what is not yours to take? Please give back the 9GB of data you just took off today?

Further note that the data that was bought and loaded by my boss was done so on 28/12/2019 upon hearing my husband was admitted to hospital. So how can the data expire (is the first question) and before 30 days of purchase timeline is crossed (is the second question). Under the ICASA regulations passed in February 2019 this event should not have taken place. This leads me to my third question, I should be able to transfer this data which I am cannot do as I receive an error that I cannot transfer parts of a bundle.
