I bought anytime data bundles using my fnb app on 4 August. As of yesterday I still had about 9 gig which was then expired.
Why would an anytime data bundle expire? On the app it costs me R799 only to lose half of what I paid for? I want my bundles back

29 Sept 2019, 00:52Already did that and all I was told was that it would be in investigated but nothing has been done. Spoke to mtn service twitter handle, they asked my to send screenshots of the banking app purchase and up to now no response from them either
