Data speed slow
I have a data bundle with MTN for a long time now and always thought that the speed I was reaching was slow but never complained, I however never reach speeds of more than 60kbs , I called the call centre about this and the lady said there is nothing she can do, I had asked her to escalate my query and still have had no word from anyone. There is no customer service and I am very disappointed.
