Data Sim Card delivery, unsatisfied by the service provided to me.

I ordered a data sim card from MTN on Tuesday the 12th of May, I then received a message to say the sim card is out on delivery and on its way, to my surprise today when im checking on whatsapp the tracking thing, it says address not found therefore can't get my sim card today, The driver is a **** because everyone else is able to find the address and he decides his going to say address not found, he didn't even have the decency to call me and ask for directions or better yet ask me to come downstairs outside if his getting lost. MTN can keep their sim card I don't want it anymore, I will call in the morning and cancel everything, their service is very bad, they don't event communicate.
