Data SIM card barred but not, really ***????

My banking changed, debit order did not go of so updated details with new card, no deductions. Almost end of month mtn cut all my services, 2 voice sims and one data, so off to mtn store to pay, voice sims back up in less than 1hr. Data sim is now barred from about 27 of last month. Calling 808 sim is not barred, they refreshed the card twice. Phoning 1555 I get a card is barred from the network, after numerous calls between 808 and 1555. Escalated yesterday and today but stell no joy. 1555 tells me that they can't give ref for the call. I am about to give up and cancel my data sim with mtn. But where to go from here. .? I can organize international roaming within 24 hrs which was enabled but not anymore but the can't fix my barring/not barred issue on my SIM card
