Data share not linking to Long term data contract

Hi, I recently purchased a 2gig long term data deal on the MTN self help service (*141*2*999#) It is a great deal, the only problem is that my data share is not linking to that data promo. The whole reason i got the deal was for the data share. I even got my girlfriend to join MTN for that specific reason. I hope that this can be fixed else I will be cancelling both our contracts. Thanks
