DATA SHARE
After numerous smses from MTN about this new and fantastic product offering - data share, I decided to give it a try. <br> And as expected it was not as easy as advertised. <br> You wait for a call centre agent for over 20 min for assistance, and this service cannot be activated without calling them - I find this out only after going to the MTN store at Cresta directly for assistance.<br> Eventually I spoke to Neo at the 808 call centre on Sunday who assured me that I would have no problems once he activates it for me and guess what -I still cannot share data. <br> My reference for the call was #***.<br> MTN -if you could only be consistent and more user friendly-IF ONLY!!!
