I upgraded my contract in April but I am not receiving what I upgrade for MTN debiting accordingly though no mistake every time I call I am told about escalation but nothing ever happens. Mtn has been a horrible and abusive service provider to me for a while I don't even know why I upgraded with them .I have fought so many battles with MTN I an this one i am handing over to my attorneys because wow.
