Data Run Around

I have a top up contract with Mtn. On the 21st July whenI was due for my top up I received my sms bundle and minutes yet no data.<br> I called them on the 24th to query and was told that I would get my data in 3 days. I received nothing and called back on the 31st. Was given the same story. Called 2 more times and was told I would receive data in2-24 hhours . Guess what. I haven't received my monthly data to date. I am tired of excuses and false promises by MTN. I feel ****** as I pay my account on time yet am paying for something I haven't recieved. Now on top off everything else I have to spend unnecessary cash to load data since I am getting no service or joy from Mtn.<br> I am very irritated and upset at the level of service I have received. <br> If I wanted to pay something I didn't receive I would buy a phone on the corner not go through Mtn.<br> their service and incompetence is shocking<br> <br>
