Mtn call centre agents are *********** I was given this reference number by Coverage Department *** due to network issue because I couldn't use t my data and my minutes for two months of which it's 0ctober and November on Tues the 6th 0f November I called then they said I must speak with Customer service customer service gave the reference *** looking for refund of my data then they said i should wait for 24 to 48 hours when I call now nobody cares am I paying for cellphone benefits
