Data query that has been ******

I have had bad months with MTN since from last year November, I have been complaining about data ever since and the feedback they are giving me is that I have used the data even though I did not use it, today I was on Facebbok chat with them and escalated my query but they asked for screenshots and sent them those with data expiry dates and still I was not resolved.

I have requested for the CEO's email even for the manager on duty and they just made me stupid and sent me and email for general queries which is ***.

I was chatting to the person called Tori on Facebook so MTN is *****ing from me and has been doing that ever since November so I am requesting for all my data that you guys have taken I am just fed up with your pathetic service!!!
