Data problems

Hi I have logged a complaint with my Mtn data situation, I complained on Tuesday with the reference number req***, my data gets finished so quick and I think Mtn it's dragging its feet on the matter, I have been a loyal customer for Mtn over 10 years and I'm not happy with how they haddle complaints, I normally use my device for business and rite now I can't reach my clients, can't receive or send emails, no internet connection, this really frustrates as my things are stuck because of the service been offered by Mtn. To add on this matter Mtn call center consultants are so unprofessional and are inpatient with customers. This I will escalate further because it's really not good for me to wait for so long and having my business getting stuck because of Mtn.
