Data problems and no feed back

To whom Concern

All my data is finished and so is my mother in laws data. Who lives next door to me.

We have exactly the same packages and they last us through the month always.

I also logged a complaint on 07/04/2020 and no one has got back to me. My reference number is *** and no one has got back to me!!

I also need this rectified immediately because I am working from home and can’t afford to pay for out of bundle services
