MTN is bad no one helps .You buy a 10GB they don't cap it, do not inform you when exceeded, unilaterally give credit limit

At the end of April 2015, when my MTN debit order went through I realised that there was something wrong with my account and my statement balance was at R26000. I was not sure what the problem was. On the 6th of May 2015 I went to the MTN service centre in Rivonia, where I was advised that this amount came from my data usage. I have a 10 GB data package for my home, bought in January 2015 and I was advised that this was never capped. I was surprised because I had expected it to be capped. I enquired why I was never informed that I had exceeded the 10GB, I was then advised that because I had a credit limit of R15k, they did not notify me.
Firstly I never app**** for a credit limit of this much, secondly, how then did they allow my balance to be at R26000

Now my line has been suspended, now I am told my query has been referred to the legal department. I am not even told who in the legal department is handling this matter so I can follow up
