Data package switch *******

In December 2024 i received an email advising me that since I have not upgraded my contract I would be automatically moved from my existing home date package would R249 a month to one of R269 month2month one. I get a bill on the 12th they moved me to R629 package , mtn is so ********* though. I was paying plus / minus R289 for my data how the he'll do you move me to double , you guys really don't care neh. I should have canceled these contract last month all of them, I am sure canceling this one and looking for trust worthy service provider.
