Data package as part of contract not topped up

I have been calling the call center every day since the 28th of June 2015 and have yet to get someone to answer the phone. One of the cellphone contracts I have at MTN (For my daughter) has not had her data bundle added or topped up on the 27th of June (Her minutes and sms bundle was added/topped up however.) Numerous calls to the call center as well as my local MTN branch in Lydenburg have yet to be answered or responded to. This is not the first time either.
