Data Not Received

Evey Month on the 14th i have to receive the Data of 500 MB , on the 14 of Nov I didnt receive it i waited till the 16th to query it then some Lady i forgot her name said she can see it was never loaded she then gave me 1G to use while this is still investigated and told me to call on friday which I did then found Sbusiso who told me the statement had closed that is why my data was not loaded it will be loaded in december , then I called in dec 14 as it was still not loaded then found Zanele who told me it was loaded on the 14th November 1:40 am and i finished it on the 20th November , when I asked why would i call on the 16th and it was picked up that i never received it she told me she will request a report . i called yesterday to find find out the feedback then Ntombikhona Dropped me then Katlego who had attitude she would put me on hold without asking, she then told me it was loaded on the 20th Nov 11:39 and was telling me how i used it she then decided to play me Music till she wrapped me up , i still eed my Data for November as i never received it even though they say i did ref ***says i will get it in dec ref *** say it was loaded in Nov14 1:40
