Data not credited to my account

I'm very disapointed in MTN, I have loaded airtime (R50) using my banking app on the 20/12/2024 my account was still not loaded with the amount but the money went off from my bank account . I than left it thinking that it will come through but unfortunately there was nothing . I than loaded again on the 24/12/2024 using my banking app buying a 1GB it still did not credited my account . I called the customer service and the lady inform me that I should switch off my phone and after 10min switch it on I have done that but to my surprise there is still 0.00 Data on my phone .
