Data not credited and poor service from stores and call center

I purchased 1 gig of Data for R160 on the 2nd August 2016 at 13:36 using my FNB cellphone banking. The time is now 7:58 and still no Data on my line. I've called 808, ********** , 173 and 809 to my surprise just as inefficient is the network so are their call centers. You follow the voice prompts and in less than 1 minute the call is cut off. The best joy I got was holding on for a consultant for 45 minutes and still no response so I decided to drive to the MTN store at campus square for them to assist. I get there and the staff isn't friendly at all, again refer me to the call center which continues to be unreliable. It is 5 hours short of being 24 Hours since my purchase. I regret porting my number to MTN as it is the worst cellphone network in South Africa. I have been loosing my own airtime while sending and receiving whatsapp messages and I demand that MTN reimburse me for the loss including sort out my Data issue before the 24 hour mar****

This is unacceptable that clients should have to write reviews to be respected as paying clients. You have not done me any favors and I don't expect any from you just my money's worth and world class service like your biggest competitor Vodacom.

I also spoke to my private banker who confirmed the Data purchase and has advised me to give you 24 hours to load my data. The 24 hours will end on the 3rd August 2016 13:36. From then I will lodge a formal dispute against MTN and ensure that Our deal that was signed with MTN where an excess of 4500 contracts were ported from vodacom to MTN is reversed as we have never experienced such poor service from all levels of a business.
