DATA NOT Accessible

I am using a pre paid SIM card I bought R210 data which is 30.00 GB with my Bank App it shows on my account yet I can not exceess it I called the call centre several times with no luck on 2024-01-31 i went to Vereereniging MTN outlet they said they are only dealing with contract only
