Data looters

I bought an MTN wifi at Westgate mall on the 18/07/2021.I was not told that I'm give quarter data for a full price ??really .I only realized Thursday night whe 80 gb had ran out in 3 days ,I had to call the call center still I was not assisted.I want a refund or my data back my kids had to skip school due to this
