Data Loose

I am very disappointed 😞. I just loaded 1 gig of data from my cellphone banking, after receiving a notification that it has been successfully loaded I then got a msg from MTN saying I have utilities 50% of my data😡. How is this possible because I just loaded it now and hasn’t even closed my banking App?????????????? I have been encountering this for a while now , I would just get the sms even when I didn’t browse on the net or use my socials
