Data loaded on wrong number (sim)

I p**** for data contract online for R199 100Gb now they loaded the data on a wrong number because they are lazy to organize delivery they asked for other prepaid number to load the contract data. This unacceptable I now want to cancel it’s been a month or two trying to resolve this because when I can I its always call tomorrow, call before 5pm and all the lies and lies as usual, Im really disappointed that they just loaded data without calling again to validate or verify of all information is correct, please sort this out before its too late. Rewardsco people always rushing to complete the deal without checking things.this pathetic service I ever received and now I have to finish all my money calling people that don’t seem to be helpful, and it’s compulsory for me to helped coz im a customer since.
