Data lines not deactivated
I asked you to deactivate my data lines and you did it for a couple of weeks and activated it again. I pay for the contract and you guys takes instructions from me. I am not implying that i am not gonna pay for it because its deactivated but this is what i want now until you get a different instruction from me.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
Thank you for your time on line. We have suspended the data sim card for line *** we have placed a note on the account not to activate the line until the client request for this.
We do pick up that the sim card has been activated by one of the MTN stores Cellnet and this has been done via the MTN Active system. We have a few MTN stores for Cellnet and cannot see on the system which Cell net(area) store has activated the sim card we only pick up the name of the store.
