Data line Router not Delivered in 6 Months

My mom's mtn contract was upgraded last September for a promotional data line, but till to date the 32 user router has not been delivered yet contract is been paid. I have called the third-party company in the name of CCSI OR something like that, as the company which did the upgrade, but they tried to offer me a 10 user router which we already have a few of them at home. Tried to contact CSSI in January 2020 and I was promised that it had been allocated and I must call DSV logistics company. To my surprise DSV has no information on my mom's delivery. Tried to contact mtn contract department to no success on the basis that am not the account holder even though my mom has made me a proxy on the account. Mind you my mom has never called mtn as she has never been in position of the contract simcard. The simcard is used by me and my siblings in JHB and she lives in limpopo. Since January 2020 CCSI has not made any contact or whatsoever to deliver the router. I have asked them to cancel but they want my mom to call and say so though she is not using the simcard. This is very unprofessional and disgusting of mtn. Their service is so pathetic. This very much ****************.
