Data line been overcharged
I had a billing issue last year with the data line in question and when I was overcharged again and I queried it and it was resolved. I have a contract that allocates 18GB a month now I do a lot of downloading that is a given and my average a week would be 3 to 4 gigs a week which is about 16 gigs a month roughly leaving me with about 2 gigs for browsing, so now the data is depleting quickly yet my pattern has not changed. So I asked them please provide me url's/ip addresses linked to the data volume for that session that resulted to this over charging. I have 5 lines on one account last year the minimum that I would pay would be 4k odd and max was not more than 7k and since april I have not been billed anything less than 6k. My services have been offline now for 4 weeks now.
